Austria’s leading centrist parties in parliament have successfully negotiated a coalition government, excluding the far-right Freedom Party (FPO). They intend to unveil this agreement later on Thursday, five months following the FPO’s victory in the most recent parliamentary election.
The conservative People’s Party (OVP), the Social Democrats (SPO), and the liberal Neos announced in a statement that they will reveal their collaborative government program during a press conference scheduled for 11 a.m. (1000 GMT).
