Russia Strikes, Zelenskyy Urges Pressure

A Russian missile strike on Wednesday targeted a facility in Kryvyi Rih, a central Ukrainian city, resulting in the deaths of at least four civilians, according to officials.

Among the 14 individuals injured were an 8-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl, as reported by the regional governor on Telegram. The boy is in critical condition and has been hospitalized.

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, a native of Kryvyi Rih, posted images of the attack’s aftermath on X, depicting bodies on the ground, thick black smoke billowing into the air, and a building engulfed in flames.

“Such attacks are universally recognized as acts of terror. The only way to put an end to this is by exerting significant pressure on Moscow and the Russian regime, compelling them to cease their war and acts of terror,” Zelenskiy stated, urging the U.S. and other allies for support.
