Hong Kong Airlines Flight Rerouted Due to a Suspected Fire.

A Hong Kong Airlines flight traveling from Hangzhou to Hong Kong had to make an unscheduled landing in Fuzhou, located in southeastern China, on Thursday because of a suspected fire in the overhead baggage compartment, according to the airline.

The specific cause of the fire has not been revealed.

Flight HX115, operated by an Airbus A320, had 160 passengers and eight crew members on board. Hong Kong Airlines announced that they would be organizing an alternative flight to return the passengers to Hong Kong.
