Ukraine launched attack drones at Russia’s Engels military airbase located in the Saratov region of southwest Russia during the night, resulting in fires and explosions, according to the Ukrainian military’s statement on Thursday.

This airbase is home to Russian strategic bombers that conduct strikes against Ukraine and also contains a storage facility for cruise missiles and glide bombs, as reported by an official from the Security Service of Ukraine.
