An ‘edge of your seat’ spy thriller has dominated Netflix’s most watched rankings with a whopping 15,500,000 views.

The latest season of the spy drama The Night Agent has received rave reviews from fans after being declared the ‘best season so far’.

Made up of 10 episodes, the newest installment follows low-level FBI Agent Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso), whose quiet world is changed forever when he answers a never-ringing emergency phone.

Exploring a dangerous, top-level conspiracy involving moles and murder plots against the President, the three-season thriller seems to have taken over the streaming platform following the release of Netflix’s top 10 shows globally.

Proving itself as a certified success, the first season of the series became the most-watched show in the first half of 2023, with the second piling millions of viewing hours after it arrived in January 2025.

Neither, however, have been able to compete with the third and newest season, which is second on the list with 9,900,000 views.

In total, all three seasons of the show has amassed an impressive viewership of more than 15,000,000 people.

And it’s no wonder why, with early door reviews securing it at a 100% critics’ Rotten Tomatoes score and a solid 85% audience score, the highest of any season, and a considerable jump from the 39% audience score for season two.

‘Best season yet. Always loved this show. Great entertainment,’ Carlee R wrote.

But despite the huge audiences The Night Agent has managed to pull in, there is still one show that is even more popular amongst viewers.

Sitting in first places on the top 10 rankings is none other than Bridgerton, which has left fans swooning after the final episodes of season 4 came out.

In part 2 of the latest season, the love story between Benedict (Luke Thompson) and Sophie (Yerin Ha) dramatically comes to a head.

But one scene in particular, involving a bathub, made viewers lose their minds.
