Amazon Prime Video users are experiencing outages meaning they’re unable to watch television.
Users in the UK and Europe have reported issues watching programmes through the app this morning.
More than 1,000 reports have been submitted to monitoring site DownDetector in the last hour.
Of those reports, 71% say they’re having problems with video streaming, 23% are having issues with the app, and 6% are seeing server connection problems.
UK hotspots for the reports include London, Glasgow, Manchester and Nottingham.
Plus, a number of customers have reported their concerns with Amazon via social media.
Clare W said on X: ‘I was watching up to 10am BST, now nothing’s working.’
Another user, Vivek, says he contacted customer services after renting a film only to find the Prime Video platform was down.
He claimed he was told there is a ‘known global app issue’ which could take ’24-48 hours’ to resolve.
In other news, Amazon faced backlash earlier this week for editing the guns out of its James Bond film posters.
