Channel 4 has confirmed the Celebrity Great British Bake Off episode featuring recently-fired BBC star Scott Mills will not air.
The 53-year-old former Radio 2 host was sacked from the BBC in March after a complaint was made about a police investigation into Mills about ‘serious sexual offences against a boy aged under 16’.
Since his exit, there has been speculation over whether his Stand Up To Cancer Bake Off special would air.
Now, a Channel 4 spokesperson has said: ‘Having carefully considered the circumstances, we’ve taken the decision not to air the final episode of the 2026 series of The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up to Cancer, featuring Scott Mills.
‘Acknowledging the seriousness of the accusations that have been made against Scott we don’t believe it would be appropriate to air the episode at this time.
