Documents which were said to incriminate disgraced former Prince Andrew have been ‘secretly redacted’ after their release, reports claim.
Emails mentioning Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor in the Jeffrey Epstein files are now only findable through screenshots.
One of the redacted documents was between paedophile Epstein and a Russian woman called Irina in 2010.
Irina replied in the email, asking if she should message Andrew – using an abbreviated version of his email, ‘tdoy@rlwgp’.
Previously, users were able to reverse search the abbreviated email to find the files mentioning Andrew and his email address on the Epstein Files archive – but now, no results come up.

Epstein survivor Jess Michaels said of the alleged redactions: ‘I wish I could tell you that all of this is shocking, but for us it’s not. It’s actually predictable.’
She added: ‘We are continuing to be gaslit. It’s designed to protect those responsible and intimidate survivors to stop them coming forward.’
Metro reverse searched the Epstein Files archive to search for the term ‘tdoy’ and the abbreviated email, and found no matches.
The alleged redactions come after photos released as part of the latest batch of Epstein files appeared to show Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor crouched on all fours over a woman.
The three pictures showed Andrew looming over the woman, who is lying sprawled on the floor.
He stares directly into the camera in another scene and places his hand on her abdomen in the third.
Elsewhere in the document dump, screenshots and scans appear to show the former prince exchanged emails with Jeffrey Epstein about a ‘beautiful’ Russian woman and invited him to Buckingham Palace.
Andrew has faced allegations, which he strenuously denies, that he sexually assaulted a teenage Virginia Giuffre after she was trafficked by Epstein.
He paid millions to Ms Giuffre, a woman he has claimed never to have met, to settle a civil sexual assault claim in 2022.
Andrew stepped down from royal duties in 2019 after an interview on BBC Newsnight, but the publication of Ms Giuffre’s posthumous memoir, and the US government’s release of documents from Epstein’s estate, brought more scrutiny over his relationship with the financier.
It led to the King officially stripping his disgraced brother of both his HRH style and his prince title last year.
