Gogglebox star Helena Worthington has revealed she has given birth to her second child.
The 31-year-old TV star announced the news on Instagram with a picture of her holding her new bundle of joy.
‘Swapping screen time for snuggles (and plenty of nappy changes!) as we welcome our little one to the world,’ she captioned the photo.
‘I’ll be quieter on here for a bit while we find our feet. The new boss is here and has already called all the shots.’
The star had her first child, a boy called Erwin, with her partner Dan in 2019.
Following the announcement, fans and cast members commented on the post to congratulate her.
‘Ahh, she’s adorable, congratulations to you all,’ wrote Izzi Warner while fans couldn’t help but comment on how adorable the baby was.
Helena, who joined the Channel 4 series in 2017 alongside her mother Alison and Alison’s partner George, announced she was pregnant in December 2025.
‘Pregnant. Tired. Raging indigestion,’ she shared on social media. ‘Still crouching down to explain why we don’t dig up all the bulbs.
’33 weeks pregnant at RHS Bridgwater with my first baby, while waiting for my next one. We took Erwin here often when he was a new bean.
‘These in-between moments feel really precious lately — messy, slow, and very real.
‘I’m excited, but I feel weird that Erwin will seem so big all of a sudden.’

The news of Helena’s baby comes as Channel 4 announced the 27th series is set to begin tonight.
The news was announced in a video posted to Channel 4’s social media accounts, showing Goggleboxers Tremaine, Twaine and Tristan shouting ‘We’re back.’
Whether Helena will appear in tonight’s episode is unknown. The star took a break from the previous season following the death of her beloved grandmother late last year.
Helena told her 20k followers: ‘I lost my legendary nana, and because of that, I won’t be filming the last episode of Gogglebox this series.
‘My nana played such a huge part in my life and loved me fiercely. She was the perfect mix of Dame Judi Dench and the Catherine Tate nana – sharp, hilarious, and she somehow knew the answers to every quiz show question.’
Gogglebox returns tonight at 9pm on Channel 4.
