I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here has officially bid a farewell to the first campmate of 2025 to go.
Presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly descended from their treehouse into camp to reveal who would be the first to leave this year’s series.
The celebrity in question was decided by the public after Thursday’s live trial, which left a select few vulnerable.

It was Jack Osbourne, Alex Scott, Angry Ginge, Aitch, Spandau Ballet star Martin Kemp, Kelly Brook and Ruby Wax all up for eviction.
Ultimately, it was Lioness Alex Scott who walked across the rope bridge first.
It was not the campmate viewers expected it to be, with many taking to social media to express surprise that she had been the first to go.
The former football pro walked up to the treehouse first for a post-match debrief with Ant and Dec, which saw her bring out one of her contraband salt packets the camp had been using to flavour their dinners.
She told the hosts how she had smuggled them in her socks and said of getting caught: ‘Maybe I got too confident. The first couple of days, because it was just Jack cooking, I put it on a spoon and kept feeding it to Jack, and he’d just then sprinkle it.
‘My campmates were in on it. Now every day, they’re like, “Where’s the salt? We need some seasoning.”‘
Another tidbit Alex offered up to ITV viewers before she walked across the bridge to her waiting best friend was that a certain campmate has been leaving the foul-smelling toilet seat up.
‘The toilet seat situation, I’ve still not brought it up,’ she said, as an example of how she tried to be a pacifist in the camp.
Said situation wasn’t something Ant and Dec were aware of, but Alex explained: ‘The smell in the dunny is awful, and someone keeps leaving the toilet seat up. I know who it is and someone else knows.’
The hosts, naturally, asked Alex to spill the beans, but she simply said: ‘He’s a national treasure,’ to which they then guessed the culprit was Martin Kemp.
Alex also singled out who she hopes takes home the win, saying: ‘I think Shona being named Queen of the Jungle would just change her and give her the confidence to take on life.’
When the announcement came in, @Milly1978 wrote on Twitter: ‘I can only imagine people thought Alex would be safe so they maybe didn’t vote or give her multiple votes.’
Meanwhile, others took a more condemnatory approach, with @fkajoanne writing: ‘Alex Scott leaving #ImACeleb first? C’mon England…letting a Lioness go home first. Abysmal. Shame on you.’
‘A bit shocked and sad that Alex has gone first, just seems a nice lass who takes on everything that comes her way,’ added @John51826513451 and @swarlanations echoed: ‘Alex had so much potential, it’s an outrage that she’s gone first.’
With the first vote-off looming the night before, ITV viewers saw the celebrities each give a farewell speech to the camp.
Sat around the campfire after a tricky dinner cooking black chicken, each celebrity shared what they had taken from the experience and if they went home, what they would miss the most.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! returns on Thursday at 9pm on ITV1, STV, ITVX & STV Player.
