Natasha Crown has become world famous for one (rather large) thing – her unique and personal quest to have the biggest bum on the planet. Natasha, who grew up in Gothenburg and has Serbian roots, has spent more than $145,000 (£111,000) on cosmetic surgery to achieve the look that’s made her something of an online sensation. Natasha says the transformation’s been worth every single penny, though the journey began quite modestly. At 20 she underwent her first Brazilian butt lift (BBL), a procedure in which fat is taken from areas like the stomach or thighs and injected into the buttocks. Over time she added around 100lb (7st 1lb) to her figure and now aims for a butt circumference of over 100 inches. ‘When I was a teenager and my body started to change – I got boobs, I got a bum. She describes herself as an ‘Amazon’, standing 6ft 1in tall with curves she’s deliberately exaggerated through surgeries – and she says she has no intention of stopping. ‘I’m going to have the world’s biggest bum,’ Natasha has previously declared. ‘That’s my goal and I’m going to reach it.’ Her dream began in her late teens, when she first saw a woman with a large bottom and became obsessed with achieving the same look, vowing that ‘everything needs to be big’. It quickly turned into an obsession for Natasha, though. ‘Since then I have had three butt lifts as well as boob jobs and I also have filler and lots of other procedures.’ Natasha insists that her multiple surgeries were not about insecurity but empowerment. ‘My bum makes me feel sexy and makes me feel powerful,’ she said. Her bold new shape has brought fame but also challenges. Natasha admits her love life has suffered and says she hasn’t been in a serious relationship for seven years. ‘My last relationship was seven years ago. I am pretty extreme, so I think people are afraid of me,’ she told viewers on Hooked on the Look. ‘It’s scary for men. For one reality show, Natasha went on a blind date in the hope of finding someone who could see past her looks. The meeting didn’t quite go as planned. Her date later said he was ‘shocked’ to meet someone famous for having the biggest bum in the world, describing them as being from ‘two different worlds’. Before each procedure, Natasha says she deliberately gains extra weight so surgeons have enough fat to be able to transfer over to her behind. She tends to feast mainly on pizza and pasta. But has claimed to eat up to six kilos of Nutella each month (that’s about 15 jars!) to prepare. Then-host Phillip Schofield pointed out that the Brazilian Butt Lift has one of the highest death rates among elective cosmetic surgeries, mentioning a recent fatal case. Natasha seemed unfazed. ‘I wouldn’t say it is dangerous because it is my own fat,’ she replied. Although her parents and brother worry about her lifestyle, Natasha insists she knows what she’s doing and feels healthy. ‘People should know that I am exercising every day. The influencer has maintained that her surgeries are her personal choice and part of her career. ‘I think I have more haters than fans,’ she said. ‘I have my own website and my fans are there. I am earning money off this.’ Her physique has certainly drawn attention online, where she regularly posts photos and videos of her distinctive silhouette. Natasha’s following continues to grow, even as critics question her doctors’ ethics. Some social media users have said her surgeons should ‘know when to say hell nah’, while others have suggested she was ‘so gorgeous before’. Yet plenty defend her right to choose. One fan wrote: ‘She seems nice and fun. She isn’t hurting anybody so there’s no harm in her choices other than to herself. In fact, she says the reaction only motivates her further. She believes her extreme figure represents freedom from convention, not vanity. ‘I love surgery and I will keep going,’ she said. ‘I’m growing my bum to be over 100 inches.’ For Natasha, being different has become her trademark – and her livelihood. Her ‘before’ photos may have shocked the internet, but she sees them as a reminder of how far she has come in pursuing her dream. Her lifestyle does, however, create practical difficulties. ‘Things that are difficult having this big butt – when I fly, I need to have two seats. I bump into people when I’m at restaurants,’ she admitted. Travel can be awkward and shopping for clothes even more so, but Natasha shrugs it off. While Natasha’s story has been met with disbelief, her openness about the extremes of cosmetic culture has also sparked curiosity. The glamour model says her goal isn’t to shock but to push boundaries. ‘At the beginning it wasn’t like that – it was just to have a bigger one,’ she said of her earliest surgery. Now, she views her figure as both art and identity, proof of what she calls ‘living my truth’. She insists that her passion for cosmetic enhancement goes beyond her body. Botox and fillers, along with breast implants, are all part of maintaining the look she has cultivated for over a decade. Friends say she’s driven and upbeat despite the criticism. ‘I feel healthy,’ she told This Morning. ‘To maintain the muscles in the right place I am exercising.
