On Tuesday, Israel’s Foreign Minister Gideon Saar stated that the recent Israeli airstrikes, which resulted in the deaths of hundreds of Palestinians, were not merely a “one-day attack.” He emphasized that the military operation in Gaza would persist in the days ahead.
During a meeting with the influential pro-Israel lobby group AIPAC in Jerusalem, Saar noted that the United States had been informed in advance about the Israeli strikes and expressed its support for them.
