JLo and Ben Affleck have taken their $52 million home off the market again

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have put their $52 (£37.8m) million marital home on the market again. The former A-list couple purchased their ‘dream home’ in Beverly Hills after reconciling in 2021, 17 years after they called off their first engagement. (Picture: Getty Images)
JLo and Ben’s Bel Air estate was first put up for sale for a whopping $68 million in early 2024, two months before the famous actors announced their separation. The sprawling mansion is spread over five acres, and has a number of lavish features. This includes a sports complex, complete with a basketball and pickleball court, a gym, a boxing ring and a sports lounge and bar. The pair’s home also boasts an outdoor kitchen, fire-pit, and infinity pool. (Picture: Getty Images)
Inside, JLo and Ben had a pick of 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. Plus, a 5,000 square-foot guest penthouse, a separate house for caretakers, a two-bedroom guardhouse, a 12-car garage and space for 80 cars. You know, not much then. After struggling to sell, the actors knocked the price down to $60 (£43.7) million in May 2025. Later, it was relisted for the current $52 million — which amounts to a staggering $16 million loss for the once loved-up couple. (Picture: Getty Images)
JLo and Ben have had quite the Hollywood love story. The pair first met in late 2001 on the set of the movie Gigli. However, their romantic relationship, dubbed ‘Bennifer,’ began in the summer of 2002. They officially got together after Jennifer filed for divorce from her second husband, Cris Judd. Then, in November 2002, they announced their engagement before sadly splitting in 2004. Jennifer and Ben blamed their split on the overwhelming, ‘excessive media attention’ they received surrounding their relationship, which they felt destroyed their bond. They said the intense, unrelenting scrutiny caused them to ‘crumble under the pressure.’ (Picture: Getty Images)
Fast forward almost two decades and fans were over the moon that the couple had reunited for Bennifer 2.0. Older and wiser, it felt like the couple were going to be together forever after they celebrated their love with not one, but two weddings in 2022. The first was in July, and was a surprise Las Vegas ceremony. The second was a larger celebration with family and friends in Georgia in August. (Picture: Getty Images)
If two weddings weren’t enough, the pair then splashed the cash on two honeymoons. Their first was a ‘familymoon’ to Paris, where the couple spent time with their children. They later opted for a more romantic affair, heading to Lake Como shortly after their Georgia nuptials. (Picture: Getty Images)
Unfortunately, this honeymoon period didn’t last for long, as it was revealed that Jennifer filed for divorce in August 2024, ending their second marriage after around two years. The divorce was finalised a year later, in 2025. The divorce filing cited irreconcilable differences after they had spent months living separately. (Picture: Getty Images)
