Katie Price and her sister Sophie have cancelled their podcast in a statement on social media, following her shock marriage to businessman Lee Andrews.

The I’m A Celebrity winner, 47, stunned fans when she unveiled her engagement (her ninth) and then wedding (her fourth) to Lee on Instagram in quick succession just days ago.

Amid reports of family tension – and claims that her loved ones were ‘blindsided’ by the romance, having never met Lee – the siblings pulled out of last week’s episode after ‘a hell of a week’.

While fans were then expecting them back with The Katie Price Show today, it’s instead been announced that the podcast is being halted indefinitely.

‘We’re pressing pause on The Katie Price Show podcast for now,’ a statement uploaded early on Thursday morning to the podcast’s official Instagram account began.

‘With so much current media attention, it doesn’t feel right to release an episode at this time. The podcast has always observed the headlines, not added to them,’ it continued.

‘Thank you for your continued support and understanding.’
