Katie Price’s new husband, Lee Andrews, can be seen walking around a swanky three-bed apartment in Dubai in a BBC series about the city.
The show’s narrator, Will Mellor, says to viewers: ‘Over at the Palm Jumeirah, new agent Nadia [Cortés] has found herself a British billionaire, whose looking to extend his property portfolio.’
As Andrews, 41, is taken around the expensive pad with a sea view, we’re told that this sale could ‘bag her Cortés £30,000 in commission’.
This episode of Inside Dubai: Playground of the Rich, follows a British property tycoon’s real estate business that sees its employees earning hundreds of thousands of pounds on singular sales.
During Andrews’ viewing, Cortés discusses how it’s possible to get your ‘boat shopping by the entrance’.
The famous neighbourhood of Palm Jumeirah is made up of a series of artificial archipelagos and is shaped liked a palm tree.
As well as accommodating some costly apartments, it’s home to luxury resorts, fancy restaurants, and beach clubs.
Andrews isn’t named in the episode which aired three years ago, and ultimately decides against making a purchase.
The 41-year-old married the former glamour model, 47, in January, and Price has since said she is having his baby.
Her family have been left worried and concerned about the pregnancy announcement, according to a source who spoke to Metro: ‘After all, they’ve only known each other for a matter of weeks.’
Both of them have been spending time in Dubai, where he is based, since their nuptials.
The source also told us that the family don’t know if Price and Andrews plan to settle in the United Arab Emirates, or the UK.
Price’s close friend, Kerry Katona, joined the couple in Dubai with her partner Paolo Margaglione, 33.
A punch-up, which has since been denied by Price, reportedly took place at a hotel, and resulted in Margaglione being hit.
The 33-year-old has now left the country, which Katona told The Mirror was for a ‘work emergency.’
Andrews is Price’s fourth husband, and the engagement was her ninth to date.
She married the Dubai-based business-man in a private ceremony just one week after meeting him.
Reports from the Daily Mail since their wedding allege that he spent time in Dubai’s Al-Awir central prison for suspected fraud after forging his ex-girlfriend’s signature for a £200,000 mortgage in her name.
An insider told the publication that this resulted in him ‘getting a travel ban’.
Lee denies the reports, and said in a series of voice notes to the Daily Mail that there must be some ‘wrong details’.
He also has made a series of professional claims, some of which have been quashed by the organisations he has claimed to be tied to.
Metro reach out to BBC, who declined to comment. Metro also reached out to Katie Price’s representatives.
