As the rain continues (and continues and continues…) there is nowhere else we’d rather be than tucked up on our sofa, watching TV. Unfortunately, life goes on and by the time you get home from work, the decision fatigue might have kicked in. With so much to watch, what to choose? Lucky for you, Netflix has just released its weekly global top 10 show list, where the streaming platform reveals the most-watched — and therefore most popular — titles over the past week. In this edition, there’s everything from a new German thriller that is quickly capturing attention to a South Korean rom-com. Take your pick… (Picture: Netflix)

10. Bridgerton: Season 3 – 3,000,000 views

The latest batch of season four Bridgerton episodes have been out for a few weeks, so it’s no surprise that an earlier series has landed in the top 10. As fans eagerly await the release of part two (do you remember what Benedict said?!), what else is there to do than catch up on the previous events? Season three’s focus was on Penelope Featherington (and her alter-ego) and Colin Bridgerton, who bring a friends-to-lovers drama that rivals Poppy and Alex from People We Meet On Vacation. 9. Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich – 3,100,000 views

It is no surprise that the limited series diving into Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes and paedophile ring has risen up in the Netflix charts this week. Survivors of the crimes that went unchallenged for decades are at the forefront of this limited series, with lawyers also involved to discuss their professional input on the case. However, the series was released in 2020, so you won’t see the most updated information, but the overview will place a lot of what we’re seeing in the news into context. Netflix handout - Single's Inferno Series 5
Season five is the latest of the South Korean reality show which sees nine flirty Korean singles — all looking for love — stranded on a desert island. And the only way they can escape is by going on dates and (hopefully) finding the one. No wonder everyone is watching. (Picture: Netflix)

7. Raw: February 2, 2026 – 3,100,000 views

If you want to let off some steam, the sports entertainment juggernaut Raw arrived on the streamer at the beginning of last year. This week, we follow a confrontation between World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk and Royal Rumble Match winner Roman Reigns. As well as that, you’ll get to see Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer defend her title against Raquel Rodriguez in a Philly Street Fight. 6. Bridgerton: Season 1 – 3,500,000 views

Some might call season one of Bridgerton the blueprint. The first time we heard a classical version of a Taylor Swift song over an…intimate scene. The first time we heard of the imperious Lady Whistledown, or our main character say their words — the words that would fuel TikTok edits of the main couple forever. Clearly, we were burning for a rewatch as we await the next drop of episodes later this month (psst, Thursday, February 26, if you were wondering). (Picture: LIAM DANIEL/NETFLIX)

5. Is it cake? Valentines: Season 1 – 4,300,000 views

Is It Cake? Valentines (Picture: Netflix)
Well, is it? The Valentine’s edition of the popular Netflix reality baking competition has burst onto the charts as we prepare for the love-filled holiday this weekend. Expert bakers create hyper-realistic cakes designed to look like everyday objects. Expect lots of love hearts, and maybe grab your own cake just so you don’t get jealous as you watch. 4. Unfamiliar – 4,900,000 views

Unfamiliar is a six-part show that might have only dropped on the streamer recently but is already making waves with viewers. The thriller follows a German married couple in Berlin who are also ex-spies. They now run a safe house – until their past life as undercover agents catches up with them, of course. Think The Americans, if they had fled their deep cover life and started a new one in the nick of time.

3. His & Hers – 6,200,000 views

His & Hers Jon Bernthal as Detective Jack Harper and Tessa Thompson as Anna
Another thriller with a (previously) married couple – this time a mystery. Anna is a former news anchor. Jack is a detective. Their relationship? Divorced. However, when she’s alerted to a murder in her hometown, Anna dives back into the world of reporting to help solve the case. When she arrives, Jack is the officer assigned to the case. Compelling, no? (Picture: Netflix)

2. The Lincoln Lawyer: Season 4 – 9,000,000 views

Netflix’s hit legal drama The Lincoln Lawyer has dropped all episodes of its latest season (we’re on series four now) for viewers to binge at home, and, well, we’re complying. The show is based on bestselling novels by Michael Connelly, following defense attorney Mickey Haller (Manuel García-Rulfo) on the other side of the courtroom as the defendant in a murder case. This season, Mickey races to clear his name after being accused of killing a former client. Last year, fans threatened to ‘revolt’ if the series was cancelled, so you can see why the views are so high. (Picture: COURTESY OF NETFLIX)

1. Bridgerton: Season 4, Part 1 – 23,400,000 views

Bridgerton. Yerin Ha as Sophie Baek in episode 401 of Bridgerton. Cr. Liam Daniel/Netflix ?? 2025
Did you see it coming? At number one, miles ahead of the rest of the list, it is still season four, part one of Bridgerton. Despite Bridgerton’s history with racy scenes, this series has been hailed by fans as particularly steamy. Add to that a Cinderella-inspired plot-line, the goofy smile of Benedict Bridgerton (a fan favourite) and the charming new character of lady’s maid, Sophie Baek, and the show seems to be hitting all the marks we expect. Will their class divide destroy their relationship? Or will they prove that love defies all odds? (Picture: Netflix)
