Taraba State, Nigeria – In a move to strengthen federal-state collaboration and boost infrastructure, Taraba State Governor Dr. Agbu Kefas has re-allocated six hectares of land in Jalingo for the construction of a new Federal Secretariat Complex. This initiative addresses long-standing office space shortages hindering federal agencies operating within the state.
The Federal Secretariat project, initially approved in 2023, had stalled due to land allocation issues. Governor Kefas’s intervention has cleared the way for the project to proceed, signaling his administration’s commitment to fostering effective cooperation between state and federal entities.
