Olivia Attwood was embracing her newly single status at last night’s Brit Awards as she partied with Pete Wicks.
The ITV presenter, 34, confirmed earlier this year that she and her footballer husband, Bradley Dack, 32, had separated after over a decade in each other’s lives.
Olivia married the midfielder in 2023, having known and dated him before her rise to fame on Love Island (applying to the dating show as revenge after he was unfaithful), and their relationship has been very public, from social media snaps to even their own TV show, Olivia Meets Her Match, in 2020.
But after an alleged ‘breach of trust’ from the Gillingham player, they called it quits for good, with sources saying Olivia believes the split to be final as she looks towards divorce.
Still, she’s keeping busy and refusing to let her romantic woes dampen her spirits, as she cosied up to emotional support bestie Pete, 37, at the annual music extravaganza.
Arriving on the red carpet ahead of the ceremony – which saw Olivia Dean take home four major awards – the Bad Boyfriends host posed confidently in an asymmetrical black gown.
She teamed it with sheer tights, chic matching gloves, and heels that accentuated her height, styling her blonde locks in a slick ponytail.
Inside the bash, which went live from Manchester for the first time in the Brits’ history, Olivia danced the night away with Kiss FM co-presenter Pete.
The Sunday Roast duo chatted away in the pool of music’s biggest stars, with Olivia laughing as her Towie pal cracked jokes.
Body language expert Judi James explained to Metro that, despite swirling speculation about the nature of their relationship, Olivia and Pete aren’t showing signs of being anything more – but he’s playing a pivotal role in her life right now.
‘Pete’s dating history reads like a tightrope walk of rumours and public statements of being “just friends,” and there’s little hard evidence from these poses that he’s not still friend-zoning Olivia while maybe keeping his options open about any possible stints on yet another dating/reality show,’ she began.
Judi continued: ‘Pete looks like the guy you’d want on speed dial as a plus one, especially following a marital split, so it’s no surprise to see him with Olivia here and also no surprise to see the pair looking relaxed and happy together.’
She added that they do, indeed, look ‘cosy’ together, and ‘initially, their poses hint at some intimate, smiling conversations, with some even suggesting they might have been kissing’.
‘But in reality, this is the kind of body language proximity you’d use with anyone if you’re at a function or venue where the music is loud. This close face-to-face and mouth-to-ear posing only really suggests that here.’
Pete, who also posed with Staying Relevant’s other half, Sam Thompson, on the carpet, looked dapper in a white blazer and black trousers combo, unbuttoning his shirt to expose his extensive tattoo collection.
He and Olivia first met when on Towie in 2017 and have been industry comrades ever since.
Last year, they sparked cheating rumours as they holidayed on a yacht in Ibiza, cuddling up as Olivia wore a bikini and Pete placed his hand on her leg.
Despite being innocent, the display was said to have left her then-husband mortified, landing her in the ‘doghouse’ with him upon returning home.
Both Olivia and Pete denied that anything untoward went down between them, with a source close to Pete also telling The Mirror at the time: ‘Pete is sick of being unable to have close friends without it being misconstrued.
‘He always has this problem of people thinking the worst.’
The insider reiterated that he and Olivia are nothing more than friends, and they’ve since been seen together on several occasions as she navigates a new chapter in her life.
Having just moved into a new London apartment by herself, Olivia recently admitted she’s been ‘crying [herself] to sleep’ at night but assured her followers that she wants ex Brad to be ‘happy’.
She wants the same for herself, too, and it seems she’s already doing a good job at cultivating that happiness, declaring at the 2026 Brits that she’s excited about being a free agent.
Chatting to The Sun on Sunday, she said: ‘I’m single, and if you are going to be single anywhere, this would be the place.’
‘Is Harry Styles single?’, she quipped of the Aperture hitmaker, who is, in fact, not single, as he’s dating Zoe Kravitz (sorry, Olivia!)
‘I was an honorary Manc, as I lived here for five years,’ she added.
‘There’s a magic here that you can’t place in any other city.’
Her comments came after she told Attitude that she’s ‘never regretted’ falling in love, calling it ‘one of the most unique and pure human experiences’.
‘And again, my therapist would be smashing his head into the screen right now. But I want obsession,’ she added.
Olivia is now hoping for her next man to ‘love bomb’ her and shower her with affection when she jumps back into the dating scene.
