Police officers have been spotted outside Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s home in Sandringham.
Around six unmarked cars were spotted arriving at the former prince’s home in Wood Farm just after 8am today – his 66th birthday.
It comes as detectives assess claims made in the Epstein files against the former Duke of York.
This includes allegations he shared sensitive state information with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein while he was a UK trade envoy.
Around eight plain-clothed officers were seen leaving the vehicles with police issued laptops.

One car drove to the front of the home, while the other five went to the back of the property.
Three unmarked cars left after 30 minutes, with one believed to be containing Andrew’s security.
Sir Keir Starmer has said Andrew should speak to authorities about his ties to disgraced financier Epstein.
The prime minister said ‘nobody is above the law’, adding people with information had a ‘duty to come forward’.
Asked whether Mr Mountbatten-Windsor should ‘voluntarily’ come forward and speak to British police as part of their inquiries, Sir Keir said: ‘I think that’s a matter for the police. They will conduct their own investigations.
‘But one of the core principles in our system is that everybody is equal under the law and nobody is above the law. And it is really important that that is applied across the board.’
