Manchester United have been handed a significant injury blow with Patrick Dorgu expected to be sidelined for up to 10 weeks.
The Denmark international scored a sensational goal in United’s 3-2 win over Arsenal on Sunday but was forced off later in the second-half.
Michael Carrick was hopeful the issue was cramp but subsequent scans have revealed it to be a hamstring injury.
While further assessments are still being carried out, The Athletic report he is facing a significant period out.
That 10-week timeline would see Dorgu miss the next eight games, ruling him out until after the March international break.
