Sami Sheen, the daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, recently gave her 250,000 TikTok followers a tattoo tour. But it wasn’t for the reason you’d think. Rather than showing off her 18 inkings because she loves them, Sami actually revealed she was having every single tattoo removed in a process that could take two years. (Picture: TikTok/@samisheen)
The 21-year-old influencer explained that she started getting tattoos when she was 16, which she admitted wasn’t the smartest idea. She said: ‘The reason I’ve never done a tattoo tour is because I’m severely insecure about all my tattoos. I got all of them before any part of my brain was developed.’ Sami then joked: ‘So you can only imagine what is on my body right now.’ (Picture: TikTok/@samisheen)
The influencer — whose tattoo collection spans across her arms, back, and ankle — revealed each design in the order she got them done. The first was a butterfly and a stack of falling dominoes on her left forearm, which is meant to represent the ‘butterfly effect.’ Sami explained that she found the tattoo on Pinterest (later revealing that the majority of her inks were from the platform), but that the end result was not what she wanted ‘at all.’ (Picture: TikTok/@samisheen)
The next tattoo Sami shared was a small teddy bear holding a flower. She said that every inking she got between the ages of 16 and 18 was very thick, going on to reveal a cherub on her right forearm holding a ‘really crooked wine glass.’ Sami described this tattoo as her ‘least favourite.’ ‘Don’t even ask,’ she added, before admitting that she purposefully wears baggy shirts to cover it. After the cherub came a ‘cute little cow’ with a love heart on its head, which Sami said she actually likes. She explained that she got it simply because she loves animals. Sami’s fifth tattoo is on the back of her right arm above her elbow. Moving away from image-based designs, it’s a script tattoo that says: ‘We accept the love we think we deserve.’ A cute quote? Maybe. That’s if you can actually read it, as Sami said it was ‘done so horribly’ by her cousin, who was learning to tattoo at the time. (Picture: TikTok/@samisheen)
The same day she got the quote, Sami also got a rose. While it’s another of the 18 she actually likes, she said she ‘didn’t want’ to get it at the time. She continued: ‘All of these tattoos are from my cousin, who was practising tattooing at the time on me, and I was a stupid teenager who wanted tattoos and didn’t care.’ Onto the next one now, and Sami showed off her ’11:11′ ink on her wrist. According to the influencer, there are many issues with this one, from not being centred to being really thick. Underneath is a ladybug, which she joked was more like the size of a beetle. For the next instalment, Sami said: ‘Moving on, I’ve finally turned 18 and can go to a shop.’ Code for: she could actually get tattooed legally. Sami then showed off her back piece, which she said was the first tattoo she got the day after turning 18. It’s a lot bigger than the artwork on her arms, which resembles the trendy patchwork style many people go for today. (Picture: TikTok/@samisheen)
‘I wanted to die, it was so painful,’ Sami recalled, before turning around to show the camera two large angel wings positioned on each of her shoulder blades. The influencer then admitted that she’ll likely keep this tattoo, but only because she said it will be the ‘most painful thing in the world to remove.’ She added: ‘Everything else has to go.’ (Picture: TikTok/@samisheen)
After she got the wings done, Sami got two faint fairies on her right arm. However, even though she said she ‘loves’ them, Sami suggested that her arm tattoos could be seen as unprofessional in the world of work. ‘They’re in such an awkward place, and the field of work I want to get into, I don’t know how smart it is to have tattoos on my arm.’ In contrast, Sami then zoomed in on the bow tattoo that she got when they were ‘trending,’ as well as a horseshoe on her upper arm that she got with someone she is no longer friends with. ‘This is your sign not to get a matching tattoo, because I really think they’re bad luck,’ she joked. This was followed by a Miley Cyrus-esque cowboy boot, which Sami said was done at a walk-in shop by a really ‘creepy lady.’ Sami also showed a small quote that says ‘Not my responsibility,’ which she noted was an ode to Billie Eilish’s 2021 track. Then she revealed a small rainbow on her shoulder, which was done at her first Pride event. Due it being colour, Sami admitted that this tattoo might be a hard one to remove. After this was a disco ball which has now faded, followed by a small cross. (Picture: TikTok/@samisheen)
Finally, Sami’s last tattoo was a portrait of a dog on her ankle, which she said was a reminder of her beloved childhood pet. She explained: ‘I had him for 16 years, his name was Sugar, and I got this tattoo on my foot because he always slept at the foot of my bed.’ Sami ended her video by saying: ‘There’s my tattoo tour, I am so excited to see all of these tattoos leave my body. But it’s going to take probably two years, so I’m dreading it.’ (Picture: TikTok/@samisheen)
