It appears feelings between Kerry Katona and Lee Andrews are still sour following claims of a bust-up.
Earlier this month, when Kerry’s longtime showbiz pal Katie Price, 47, jetted back to Dubai to honeymoon with her new husband, Kerry and her own boyfriend, Paolo Margaglione, 33, joined.
Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry, 45, became the first from Katie’s close circle to meet her new man, to whom she got engaged within two days of meeting, before marrying him shortly after in a quickie ceremony.
Neither Katie’s mum nor her sister nor her kids have met the businessman, 43, who’s been based in Dubai for over 20 years, with reports continuing to swirl that they are deeply concerned about her rushing into the romance.
But when Kerry flew over with Paolo, whom she met on Celebs Go Dating last year, initially, first impressions were strong, as the four posed for photos together and shared them on social media.
It didn’t take long for drama to ensue, though, as reports claimed Lee punched Paolo while at the hotel after some ‘cross words’, for which Kerry was not present.
While Katie later denied that there were any ‘punch-ups’ between the two men, Kerry’s latest Instagram activity tells a different story.
The reality TV star no longer follows Lee on the platform, as sources have claimed she’s still ‘upset’ about the so-called incident.
‘Kerry quietly unfollowed Lee a few days ago,’ one told The Sun.
They added that, ‘at the end of the day, her loyalties are with Paolo, not Katie and her new man.’
‘She is still on speaking terms with Katie and following her, but she doesn’t want anything to do with Lee now.
‘Publicly, she won’t badmouth him, but her unfollowing him speaks a thousand words.’
Indeed, Katie does still appear in the list of 7,499 users Kerry follows. Lee does not, and the only person he follows is wife Katie.
Earlier reports alleged that Lee was acting in an ‘aggressive manner’ as he and Katie argued during their trip, prompting personal trainer Paolo to ‘step in’.
This only angered Lee, who reportedly began shouting at him as matters became ‘very heated’.
‘Lee threw some punches, and one of them landed Paolo square on the head,’ an onlooker claimed.
Paolo, who began dating Kerry last summer, is said to have then left the public area.
However, Katie herself later addressed the rumours, denying that such a thing happened.
Taking to her Instagram Story with a video, she said she doesn’t ‘know what the fascination is’ regarding her relationship with Lee.
‘But one thing I will clear up: there has not been any punch-ups, punches thrown between Lee and Paolo,’ she stated. ‘If anything, we had a really good day, and we celebrated with them, and that was it; had a great day. I don’t know where these stories have come from.’
The former glamour model added that her new husband has ‘never, ever been aggressive, angry, or spoken to [her] in any sort of way’.
She went on to happily tease plans for a big UK wedding, branding him her ‘teddy bear’ and saying they are ‘so in love’.
‘We can’t wait for when we get back to England to do a big wedding with all our family and friends, and obviously Kerry and Paolo will be our special guests,’ she concluded.
Katie returned to home turf this week, and while self-proclaimed entrepreneur Lee had insisted he’d be joining her, she travelled alone.
This comes amid reports that he is banned from leaving the UAE, having spent three weeks behind bars last year for allegedly forging his ex-girlfriend’s signature on a £200,000 loan, the Daily Mail wrote.
While Lee has denied this, his no-show at Heathrow (despite urging the UK to ‘watch out’ as he and Katie were to travel back within days) has only added to confusion.
What’s more, he continues to face questions about his career, having seemingly created fake AI images of Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian to promote his company’s merchandise. He is listed as the CEO of Aura Group and an ‘investor in SpaceX Hybrid Fitness’.
And while he has claimed to be a director of philanthropy at the King’s Trust, they refuted this, telling Metro that no such title exists and they have no record of a volunteer called Lee Andrews.
Still, Katie is smitten and has repeatedly hit out at Lee’s exes via social media, namely Alana Percival, calling her ‘bitter’ and accusing her of lying when she said Lee ‘conned his own father’.
A defiant Katie has boldly claimed the couple are now ‘building an empire’, and she’s the ‘real woman he has found and deserves’, and even that she’s ‘having his child’.
She isn’t actually pregnant at present, she informed her subscribers who pay £2.99 on Insta for additional content, but is adamant that ‘one day, [she] will be’.
